We know the economy has been ruff all around, but Hope Humane Society is really feeling the pinch. Our outstanding veterinary bills are over $3,000 right now. Ouch! We haven't received a federal bailout, so we are appealing to you, our friends and supporters, to lend a paw. Without your support, we are unable to accept any of the pets currently on our mile-long wait list or those looking for reprieves at animal controls. Become A Foster!

A foster home is a temporary safe haven for a rescued dog or cat.  It is the most crucial yet scarce ingredient in animal rescue.  The more available foster homes, the more pets we are able to rescue.  Fostering can last anywhere from four days, four months or forever if you choose to adopt.  Consider opening your home and your heart to a homeless pet!
