Just a couple of neck scratches revs this sweet little engine into a roar. Little Miss Maddie was found sneaking around and office at about 3 months old. Now at just over 4 months she’s comfortable with her foster family and strangers.  She gets along well with other cats and dogs, even those that aren’t too keen on playmates. She plays chase with her foster brothers and sister but would prefer to play with her human companions or by herself with rattle toys and string.  Maddie is a social animal and does not like to be alone.  She likes to be in the same room as everyone else- and will race you there. She is not a lap kitty but will sit on the couch next to you. Put her bed or the blanket she’s sleeping on in your lap and she’ll stay with you, though.  Maddie is an excellent supervisor- especially for the person who is scooping out the litter box.  She’s learned to give kisses upon request and is not stingy with them.  She greets her foster mom at the door with a loud purr and kitty kisses.  Maddie has also learned that furniture is not for scratching and is responsive to the spray bottle method of ‘no’.  She is not an Alpha and has no problem steering clear of temperamental housemates.  Maddie would make a sweet little addition to a home with other animals.  She’d be a great companion to an older cat that needs company but not a roughhouse playmate.
